1. Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received them. All original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation must be intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. This helps us to verify your purchase and process your return efficiently.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rolfineglasni.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.

1.2 Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, health items)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at the time of purchase

2. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. The inspection process typically takes 5-7 business days.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

2.2 Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@rolfineglasni.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3.2 Exchange Process

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@rolfineglasni.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item, and the reason for the exchange.

  3. We will assess your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  4. Send the item to the address provided, along with the RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you the replacement product.

4. Shipping

4.1 Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4.3 Shipping Method

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. International Returns

5.1 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with returning items from outside the United States. These fees are not refundable by Rolfineglasni.

5.2 International Shipping Delays

International returns may take longer to process due to customs and shipping delays. Please allow additional time for your return to be processed.

6. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Rolfineglasni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Rolfineglasni will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
